Miami resident, 35-year-old, Luke Waddell was killed in Superior last night when his vehicle was struck head-on by a vehicle driven by 52-year-old Judy McIntosh of San Carlos. She crossed the divider hitting Waddell's vehicle & striking a second car in the process.
