What: A Competitive Public Land Sale hosted by the Bureau of Land Management, featuring a 282.50-acre single parcel located within the southern portion of the City of Goodyear, at the base of the Estrella Mountains takes place June 7th.
When: Thursday, June 7th, 2007.
Times: Bidder Registration begins at 11 am, Open forum for Questions/Answers from 11 am - 1:15 pm, Oral Auction takes place at 1:30 pm.
Cost: No fees for spectators or for registration.
Note: Minimum oral bid begin's at $7 million, or at a higher amount as determined by the June 5th, 2007 sealed competitive bid.
Where: Bureau of Land Management - Phoenix District 21605 North 7th Ave., Phoenix.
Directions: Take 101 loop to 7th Ave. exit & go north. The BLM-Phoenix District's located on the east side of 7th Ave. just south of Deer Valley Road/Deer Valley Airport.
