Flags Flown Half-Staff For Private Youngblood

Gov. Janet Napolitano ordered flags at all state buildings to be flown at half-staff today, Saturday, March 3rd, in honor of U.S. Army Private 1st Class Kelly D. Youngblood, whose funeral is today.

Private Youngblood was killed Sunday, Feb. 18th, in Ar Ramadi, Iraq when he received small arms fire defending his country. Kelly is survived by his parents & siblings. He has been awarded the Bronze Star, The Purple Heart & the Army Good Conduct Medal.
