Community Activist Donna Neill Seriously Ill

Donna Neill has spent the last 2 weeks in the hospital seriously ill.

Neill's spent a majority of her time combating crime & working for better & safer neighborhoods in central Phoenix. In 1996, she founded the Neighborhood Activists Inter-Linked Empowerment Movement to provide the public with tools to protect their neighborhoods & teach them how to assume responsibility for dealing with & resolving neighborhood issues.
