An Arizona landmark for more than a century, & today a welcome oasis for nature lovers, is the Hassayampa River Preserve. The historic, 600-acre preserve near Wickenburg's owned & managed by The Nature Conservancy in Arizona.

A 4-day public celebration of the preserve’s 20th anniversary is planned for March 29th - April 1st. Admission's free for all ages all 4 days.

Hassayampa River Preserve, the site of one of Arizona’s 1st guest ranches, protects a lush, streamside habitat that's home to some of the desert’s most spectacular wildlife. It's located 3 miles southeast of Wickenburg on the west side of U.S. 60 near MP marker 114. For more about the preserve, visit nature.org/arizona.
