ADOT's Meetings On Transportation Options

On Jan. 8th, Gov. Napolitano issued an executive order directing the Az Dept of Transportation to report on statewide transit options to serve Arizona communities. The ADOT report will include information about transit needs as well as an assessment of potential public & private funding sources.

ADOT has scheduled a series of public meetings to gain input from the public to include in the report regarding options for mass transit, commuter rail & light rail. The purpose of the meetings is to identify public interest & concerns, & to answer questions about the projects.

All meetings will include an open house from 5:30 pm - 7 pm with a presentation at 6 pm.
