Positive ID

The body found between Fountain Hills & Payson is that of Jacquelan Hartman. Jonathan Burns was arrested Jan. 29th, as the prime suspect in this case & on Feb. 9th, was indicted for murder, kidnapping & sexual assault & weapons charges related to this case. Also, Hartman's clothing was found near his apartment further connecting him to this case since she was last seen in his presence.
