Palo Verde's Safety Rating Lowered

After 3 years of problems, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has lowered the safety rating of the Palo Verde nuclear plant. This means more inspectors will be scouring the plant to raise it back up to its previous standards prior to the last 3 years & fix the issues at hand.
