Flags to be Flown at Half-Staff

Gov. Napolitano announced that today, flags will be flown at half-staff at state buildings in honor of Glendale police officer Anthony Holly. Officer Holly, 24, was killed in the line of duty this week during a routine traffic stop.

Officer Holly, a veteran of the Iraq war, leaves behind his parents & brother, also a veteran. He was in his 2nd year as a member of the Glendale Police.

Officer Holly is the first Glendale police officer to be killed in the line of duty in 20 years.
