New Az Sports & Tourism Authority Appointee Awaits Confirmation

Gov. Napolitano announced the appointment of Bradley Wright to the Arizona Sports & Tourism Authority. Wright will serve until July 2008, completing the term of Jonathan Garrett who has resigned. This appointment will require senate confirmation.

“Brad’s enthusiastic involvement with the Cactus League made him an ideal candidate for this position,” Gov. Napolitano said. “Taking into account his strong legal & financial background, I have no doubt that he will be a great asset to the Authority. I also want to thank Jon for the time he spent with the Authority & the diligent work he provided.”
