Neighborhood Day At The Legislature

Town of Queen Creek residents interested in becoming neighborhood leaders are invited to meet their state legislators for Neighborhood Day at the Legislature from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Wed., Jan. 24th, at the State Capitol, 1700 W. Washington St., Capitol Mall.

Neighborhood Day at the Legislature provides an opportunity for residents to meet & talk with legislators representing Queen Creek. The event includes a neighborhood legislative program, a free lunch & tours of the Az. House of Representatives & State Senate. Participants will share stories of their neighborhoods, learn about the 2007 neighborhood legislative agenda & find out how legislative decisions could affect the future of their neighborhoods.


Lunch is provided, so seating's limited to the 1st 30 Queen Creek residents to register. If interested in attending Neighborhood Day at the Legislature, RSVP by 5 p.m. Mon., Jan. 22nd, to Marsha Hunt at 480-358-3006 or marsha.hunt@queencreek.org.
