Deception In Gila County

The Gila County Sheriff's Office has been investigating the possibility that 29 year old convicted sex offender Neil Havens Redreick II, from Oklahoma, was posing as a 12 year old to enroll in a charter school in Gila County. Detectives & administrators of the Shelby Charter School in Payson found that Rodreick had in fact registered under the name of Casy Havens Rodreick. The adult guardian on the regisstration shows Robert Snow, a registered sex offender, as Rodreick's uncle. Rodreicks attended the school for only 9 days. Snow told the school he had been home schooled in Oklahoma from the 1st - 6th grade so there were no other school records. The School employees have cooperated with the Gila County Sheriff's Office in the investigation. The Gila County Sheriff's Office will be holding meetings with the Gila Co. Attorney to determine what charges will be filed against these suspects.
