Appointment Made To State Transportation Board

Gov. Napolitano has made public the appointment of Barbara Lundstrom to the State Transportation Board. Lundstrom will represent the 3rd district, which covers Santa Cruz, Cochise, & Greenlee Counties. According to Arizona statute, each member of the board represents 1 of 6 districts. Lundstrom has been appointed for a 6-year term. Her appointment is subject to senate confirmation.

She replaces James W. Martin whose term expired in January of 2007.
