Science Foundation Luncheon

Dr. William C. Harris, President & CEO of the Science Foundation Arizona, will be the featured speaker at a special luncheon this Friday. The event begins at the Pinal Mountain Elks Lodge at 11:30 a.m. with an informal meet & greet session, followed by a sponsored luncheon at noon with remarks by Dr. Harris, followed with a question & answer session.

The community is invited to attend this luncheon to gain an insight into how Gila Co. can take advantage of the opportunities for greater economic prosperity through advancements in education. The event is sponsored by the Gila Co. Board of Supervisors, Globe-Miami Regional Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development Corporation & Gila Co. Community College.

Although there's no charge for the luncheon, a head count is needed. If you are able to attend, call the Chamber at 425-4495 so they can keep a meal reservation count. The Elks Lodge is located at 1775 East Maple in Globe.
