Saddam Executed

After month's of the courtroom insanity for the massacre of 148 Shiite villagers from Dujail north of Baghdad after an assassination attempt there against the Iraqi leader in 1982, Saddam Hussein has redeemed his dance card with the gallows, 56 days after his death sentence was handed down. Also hanged alongside him were his half-brother, Barzan Ibrahim & former chief justice of the Revolutionary Court, Awad Hamed al-Bandar.
