Flags will be flown at half-staff tomorrow in honor of Pvt. Reece D. Moreno, a fallen soldier from Arizona. Pvt. Moreno died of non-combat related injuries sustained in Balad, Iraq. Moreno was 19 years old & from Prescott, Arizona. Flags will be at half-staff for 1 day only.
