It's official, legendary country superstar Charlie Daniels will perform the National Anthem at the Outback Bowl in Tampa, Florida on New Year’s Day. The college football bowl game will match the University of Tennessee against Penn State University in front of a sellout crowd in Raymond James Stadium.
