Az. Professional Development Seminar

The Arizona Department of Commerce community development division ensures that Arizona communities have strong community & economic development foundations through planning, technical assistance & financing services in the areas of general/comprehensive planning, infrastructure & rural economic development. The next professional development seminar sponsored by the Arizona Planning Association & Az. Assoc. for Economic Development on Fri., Dec. 1st, from 7:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort. The topic is Customer Service Excellence.

This workshop provides a day of presentations, discussion & debate on a critical topic in today's environment - customer service. Panelists including economic development directors, planning directors, elected officials & consultants, developers & zoning attorneys will present their perspectives.
