At The Half

In a surprise to everyone, the Arizona Cardinals are leading the Detroit Lions, 10-0. In the second half we will see the Cards get comfortable with this lead and blow it. It is a pattern that has gone on far too long with this team. I would be happy to write an article later this evening saying the Cardinals have two wins. At this point, it would be a wonderful change of pace. I just wonder if the Phoenix television media will start the one-week hype machine after all their talk or will they be more realistic and say that this is just the second win lets see if it holds. That's how it is, they talk about the Cardinals every year as it is their season to shine, during the pre-season games. As they get wins in the pre-season, it's all one big, get on their knees & suck & swallow, then when they lose in the regular season, it's all shame, shame, shame. I guess you could call the Phoenix television media as a "Prison Bitch" scorned.

And while I'm at it, FUCK the ownership that is held by the greedy Bidwell family. Look at the team's track record, there is a reason they stay well below the salary cap every year. Also, take a look at the other expenditures the family has done in compared to the team's expenses for a shot to win. The heat must be on, the last couple of years they have actually spent some money, for a couple of close to retirement players & to keep a few quality players instead of shipping them out.
