Legendary Celtics Coach Red Auerbach Has Died

Red Auerbach, 89, coached the Boston Celtics to 9 NBA championships in the 1950s & 1960s, died today. With winning 938 games with the Celtics & was the winningest coach in NBA history until Lenny Wilkens overtook him in the 1994-95 season. As general manager, Auerbach was the architect of the Celtics teams that won 7 more titles in the 1970s & 1980s. He died of a heart attack.
