Gov. Appoints New Member To Board Of Regents

Gov. Napolitano announced that Fred P. DuVal of Phoenix would take the seat held by Jack Jewett, who's resigning from the Arizona Board of Regents. After the untimely death of Lorraine Frank, Jewett agreed to stay on past his term as a Regent on a temporary basis.
