He got 3.5 years for Hindering Prosecution in the 1st degree, Conspiracy to Hinder Prosecution, & Destruction of Evidence for his conduct in relation to the murder of Marcus Pizano & subsequent cover-up of the murder committed by his nephew, Clayton Huggins. He also was sentenced to 10 years for Poss. of dangerous drugs & Poss. of drug paraphernalia.
