Food Handler Training

The Gila County Health Department offers free food handler training on the 1st Wed. of every month. Restaurant owners, employees or anyone who prepares food for groups or special events should attend. The classes take place at the Gila County Community Services building, (old Central Heights School), located at 5515 Apache Street in Globe. There are two 2-hour classes each day from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. & from 2 - 4 p.m. Certificates of training are awarded.
