Butterfly Walk/Birdwalk At The Arboretum

There’s a Guided Butterfly Walk Saturday at 9:30 am, & a Birdwalk Sunday 8:30 am at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Also, on Sunday is their unique "edible/medicinal desert plants" tour at 9:30 a.m. with Choctaw nation tribal member and ethnobotanist David Morris.

Guided weekend tours are included with regular daily admission of $7.50 for adults, $3 for ages 5-12. To get there, just take Highway 60 (the Superstition Freeway) East to Milepost #223, about 45 minutes West of Globe-Miami as you approach the town of Superior (or 30 minutes East of Apache Junction).
