Bandwidth Theft...Of Sorts

It was brought to my attention that the MISS-FM blog has been traced to my account & even with my name attached. The how part is what I'd like to know. Those unfamiliar with the blog system don't know there is a dashboard with the blogs you own listed. I have checked my dashboard (on a daily basis) & there is no MISS-FM blog attached to that dashboard. I have contacted blogger.com & have gotten his site flagged. If you are familiar with the blog family & know of any security measures on how to block people from rooting to your account, that would be helpful. Thanks in advance for any & all help to help in circumenventing what's happening. My contact info is on the right hand side of the blog.
