AutoCAD To Be Offered At GCC
Gila Community College announces that Computer Assisted Drafting (AutoCAD) is offered for the Fall 2006 semester at Gila Pueblo Campus.
AutoCAD is a software program that features a wide range of computer-based tools that assist engineers, architects & other design professionals in design activities. Frank Castillo & Jeremy Skaggs of Arizona Public Service (APS) will be teaching the 16-week course.
The 2-credit course offering, DRF154, Introduction of AutoCAD, is offered on Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Dr. Stephen Cullen, Dean of Gila Pueblo & San Carlos Campuses commented, “AutoCAD is offered as a result of a number of requests by local citizens & industry leaders. This course offering is another example of Gila Community College providing workforce development opportunities. Workforce development is a major component of the community college mission.”
