Recycling Making Great Strides Across Pinal Co.

The Pinal County Board of Supervisors are pleased to learn that more areas across the County have recycling opportunities. There are currently 29 locations for the public to drop off their recyclable materials & 49 businesses taking part in the recycling program. The Pinal County Public Works Solid Waste Section is inviting residents to help keep Arizona clean & lengthen the life of our landfills by recycling.

Recyclables Accepted:

* Plastic Bottles=#1 & #2 plastic bottles & jugs rinsed out-no caps.
* Newspaper & Magazines=newspapers & all inserts, magazines, catalogs & phone books.
* Cardboard and Paperboard=Corrugated cardboard (3 ply) broken down & flattened.
* Paperboard/chipboard (soda & beer cartons) flattened.
* Brown paper bags.
* Aluminum and Tin Cans=Aluminum or tin cans washed or rinsed-no lids

Please rinse out milk jugs, aluminum and tin cans if possible-this helps keep the odor in the bins down. The Solid Waste Section also asks that no trash be thrown into the recycling bins.
