Hospital Seeks Public’s Help In Locating Missing Patient
The Arizona State Hospital is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a patient who walked away during a 4th of July outing from a Mesa group home. Timothy Holt, 23, apparently walked away from a van at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday during a fireworks show at Mesa Community College. Law enforcement was notified. Holt was 1st admitted to the State Hospital Dec. 18th, 2000 as a forensic patient. In March, the State Psychiatric Security Review Board gave Holt a conditional release to live at the Southwest Behavioral Health group home on 624 S. 39th St. in Mesa. He had been found guilty except insane of aggravated assault.
