High Pollution Advisory For The Phoenix area

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality has issued an ozone High Pollution Advisory in the Phoenix area for tomorrow, July 19th. All people in the Phoenix area, especially those in sensitive populations, including the elderly, young children & anyone with respiratory or other health concerns, are advised to limit exertion & outdoor activity while the High Pollution Advisory is in effect. Motorists are asked to carpool, ride the bus or use other alternative transportation to & from work & to limit driving during the day. Please refuel your vehicle after 4 p.m. The High Pollution Advisory also alerts businesses to implement their travel-reduction plans.
