Resources threatened: No structures lost. Riparian habitat.
Summary: Today there were short isolated runs & terrain-driven surface spread: extremely high temperatures, dry fuels, very rugged terrain. Very limited access. Completed structure protection preparation at Sunflower.
Weather: Variable winds, 5 mph, 100-degree temperature, relative humidity 15%
Next operational period: Continue retardant drops; one crew will begin line construction. Little incident movement is anticipated baring adverse thunderstorm winds.
