Diamondbacks Host Native American Day

Tickets are available for the Arizona Diamondbacks Native American Recognition Day, presented by Gila River Casinos, on Sunday, July 16th during the Diamondbacks & Milwaukee Brewers game at 1:40 p.m. The recognition day is the only one of its kind in all of Major League Baseball.

An intertribal cast of youth will showcase dance, song & spirit in a pre-game ceremony. Native American Recognition Day will also open the Diamondbacks Inter-Tribal Youth Baseball Tournament, with all participants taking part in an Opening Ceremonies walk before the game at Chase Field. The tournament will run from July 17th-20th at the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community’s baseball fields & 3 ‘Diamonds Back” Fields, Matt Mantei Field, Luis Gonzalez Field, & Randy Johnson Field.
