Az Dept of Housing Offering Free Homebuyer Seminar

The Arizona Department of Housing is Offering a Free Homebuyer Seminar on the A to Z of Homeownership for 1st-time homebuyers looking to purchase a home in Florence, Coolidge, Casa Grande, Eloy, Arizona City, Maricopa City & surrounding areas. The Seminar will provide prospective homebuyers information on assistance available through the state, as well as financial education in the following areas: Lending, Credit Reports and Scores, the Mortgage Process, How to Avoid Identity Theft & How to Qualify for a Mortgage.

This is going to be held in the Coolidge Police Station’s Meeting Room at 911 S. Arizona Blvd. in Coolidge.

The Free Homebuyer Seminar is on July 26th & 27th from 5:30-9:30 PM. Both evenings must be completed in order to be eligible to apply for financial assistance & funds from the Arizona Department of Housing.
