Tombstone Movies In The Park
Tombstone Courthouse State Historic Park & Cox Communications have partnered for this year's Family Summer 2006 Movies in the Park Series. The movies are classic epic westerns with great action scenes that will thrill the whole family!
On June 23rd the featured movie will be "Fort Apache" starring John Wayne & Henry Fonda. On July 28th the featured movie is "She Wore a Yellow Ribbon" starring John Wayne. The single features will be shown on the west front lawn of the Courthouse starting at 7:45 p.m.
Come out early to get a good seating space on the low walls or grass as space is limited to the front west yard only. Bring lawn or camp chairs or your blankets to Tombstone Courthouse State Historic Park for the only 2 films to be shown in Tombstone this summer. The movies & popcorn will be provided free of charge. The Friends of Tombstone Courthouse State Historic Park will be selling memberships & ice-cold soda pop & water.
The Tombstone Courthouse State Historic Park is located on the corner of Toughnut & 3rd Streets, 2 blocks off Highway 80, in Tombstone.
Admission is free but regular park fees apply. Regular park fees are $4 per person for ages 14 & up; children aged 13 & under are free when accompanied by an adult. Arizona State Park Annual Pass is available for $45 (some restrictions apply) & Premium Annual Pass is sold for $100.
