Home Buying Class

You may be eligible to buy a home, & or need to learn how you may be eligible to buy a home with down payment assistance. You are invited to a 2-day "Home Buying Class" for 1st time home buyers. Attendance is FREE. The clas is at the City of Apache Junction Development Services at 1001 N. Idaho Rd. in Apache Junction. The class will be in the City Conference Room. The building has “City Conference Room” written on the north side of the building. The building is the 1st building north of the Police Department (or left of the Police Dept. as you face it). You MUST call to reserve a seat. The people to call & rgister with are Sandy Weis at (602) 771-1027 or Iris Glass (602) 771-1028. Please leave your full name & phone number of each person attending. Couples must attend together. Seating is limited, call today. The date & time for this class is: June 14th, for Part I from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM & June 15th, – Part II from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. You MUST attend both days to be eligible for the funds.

What to bring?
