Globe Getting Veterans Outpatient Clinic

Rep. Renzi made the announcement this morning on The Ride 94's airwave's that Globe will be getting a permanent Veterans Clinic. They are looking for a pre-existing building with a big parking lot & is wheelchair accessible. The clinic is expected to serve more than 900 veterans from rural Arizona & will provide primary care as well as mental health services. The Department of Veterans Affairs will be conducting a site survey in the coming months to determine the best location for the new clinic. The opening date for the new clinic will be announced in the coming weeks.
