Deadline Coming

June 19th is the deadline for communities to apply for FY2007 Growing Smarter Planning Grants. Awards will be made in August 2006. Total funding available is $60,000 in matching grants. The purpose of the Growing Smarter Planning Grant Program is to assist rural communities & counties in addressing their basic planning needs to meet state statutory (Growing Smarter/Plus) requirements.
