Bush Nominates Spitzer To FERC

Arizona Corporation Commissioner Marc Spitzer has been nominated by President Bush to serve on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Spitzer would replace FERC Commissioner Nora Mead Brownell, as soon as, he is confirmed by the Senate. No word when the confirmation will be.
