A bill signed Monday by Gov. Napolitano would require jail time for prostitutes & their customers. With the signing of the bill, it's a requirement of 15 days in jail for a 1st offense, 30 days for a 2ond offense, 60 days for a 3rd offense & 180 days for any additional offenses.
