Preliminary Injunction Against Voting Systems Filed

A very concerned group of Arizona voters, that includes Judith Leiken, Sonja Elison, PhD, & Dr. Alejandro Chavez have announced today the filing of a Motion for Preliminary Injunction against Az. Secretary of State Jan Brewer to halt the purchase & use of Diebold TSx & Sequoia Edge II touch-screen electronic voting systems in time for the 2006 elections, due to security, verifiability, & disability access problems with these systems.
