The 2nd-tallest building in Arizona has been purchased by the Shidler Group. The Shidler Group spent $66,250,000 to buy the 31-story US Bank Center at 101 N. 1st Ave., along with the supporting parking & retail space at 21 W. Van Buren Street in downtown Phoenix.
