G.A.D.A. Financial Assistance

The Greater Arizona Development Authority (GADA) has announced that their next round of financial assistance for public infrastructure projects will open on May 19th. Financial assistance in the form of loans is available to cities, towns, counties, special districts & tribal governments throughout Arizona. All Financial Assistance applications are due to GADA by July 18th, 2006. The Authority anticipates funding successful applications for this round with the proceeds of a GADA bond issue in the fall of 2006. Participants are expected to benefit from low interest rates & a cost of issuance subsidy.
