Fundamentals of Compressed Air Systems Workshop

The Salt River Project, the U.S. Department of Energy & the Arizona Dept. of Commerce are sponsoring an all-day training workshop on the "Fundamentals of Compressed Air Systems." The training workshop will be held Wednesday, May 10th at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel. The session will cover how one can make the supply side of a compressed air system more efficient through component sizing, selection & placement of compressors, dryers, traps, drains, filters & controls. And on the system's demand side, identifying inappropriate uses of compressed air & how to find and fix leaks. As part of the training each attendee will receive all training collateral, a copy of the Compressed Air Challenge BestPractices Manual & a CD containing DOE's AIRMaster + software.
