Mesa voters gave the city the big F*CK YOU, by voting down the property tax that hasn't been done since the 1940's. Now, many of Mesa's park departments programs that draw & City annual activites & agencies, are now having to cut back hours & just shut down their operations entirely. In an odd twist the voters o.k.'d a sales-tax increase that will annually generate at least $40 million.
