Black Death In Utah

A campground located at the Natural Bridges National Monument has been closed due to the bubonic plague that has been detected amongst field mice & chipmunks. The plague has also has been found in rodent populations at the Mesa Verde National Park & Colorado National Monument. There are no reported human case's of the bubonic plague that originated from the parks or national monuments.
