AIMS Suspension Rejected

After a long fight, a judge declined the removal of the AIMS exit exam as a requirement to get a high school diploma for this year's senior class. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Kenneth Fields denied the request this morning to temporarily halt the controversial exam while a lawsuit over the test is still being taken care of in court.
