Steve Howe Killed

The former Dodgers relief pitcher had his promising career cut short by a cocaine & alcohol addiction, died today when his pickup truck rolled over in Coachella, Calif. He was 48. He finished his troubled M.L.B. days with the Yankees in 1996.
