Shopping Centers In Downtown Queen Creek

Retail development companies Vestar and Westcor have plans to open centers in downtown Queen Creek in late 2007. The town officials’ main concerns are on parking & pedestrians. The Town of Queen Creek is in the process of establishing sales tax rebate agreements with the companies that would turn over half the sales tax revenue from the projects for up to 13 years.
