Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Director Steve Owens announced today that ADEQ is seeking proposals to enhance recycling efforts from private enterprises, political subdivisions & nonprofit organizations that serve Arizona communities. "The purpose of this grant program is to help communities take action at the local level to improve Arizona's environment by developing & promoting recycling," Owens said.
