Queen Creek Development Fees Go Up

Permits picked-up on or after May 18th will be charged the new development fee. Permits will continue to be processed on a 1st-come-first-serve basis.

New Development Fees:

Wastewater (3/4" Water Meter) - $4,366
Parks, Open Space, Recreation - $5,142
Library $1,074
*Town Buildings/Vehicles - $1,407
Public Safety - $640
Transportation - $459
