Perry Baker Has Died

Baker, 57, was a longtime Arizona political consultant serving as press secretary to former U.S. Rep. Morris Udall. He also was a special assistant to former Gov. Bruce Babbitt & to the Phoenix City Council. His current job was spokesman for the Roosevelt School District. The death has been reported as having died from a heart-related episode. Services for Baker will be held Wednesday in Glendale.
